Secured by a combination of securities such as crops, livestock, wool and land.

Term

Overdraft limits are approved for 12 months and subject to an annual review.

Variable interest rate

Repayments

No fixed or minimum repayments are required as long the overdraft balance falls within your approved limit. Additional repayments can be made at any time.

Secured by land.

Term

Overdraft limits are approved for 12 months and subject to an annual review.

Variable interest rate with a choice of interest charging / earning options to match your cash flow.

Up to 15 years – principal and interest repayments;
Up to 5 years – interest only repayments.

Principal and interest or interest only.

Cheque, only at time of drawdown or redraw (available for variable rate loans only. $5,000).

Summary

Three options (Finance Lease, Asset Purchase or Equipment Loan) to make it easy for you to purchase, replace or upgrade your farming or farm business equipment.

Security

Security is taken over the goods to be financed.

1 to 7 years.
