Our new Internet Banking

Our Internet Banking was upgraded to give you an enhanced internet banking experience. Since launching the Rural Bank App, customers have enjoyed using this new design to monitor their finances and make transactions. Customers like the new look and feel, which makes it easier to manage their banking.

Our new look Internet Banking has a same design as our app, which gives you a consistent experience across your desktop computer, laptop, tablet and mobile phone when using our Internet Banking.


  • A friendly and intuitive way to bank regardless of what screen size you prefer
  • Personalise, show/hide, and re-order your accounts to suit you
  • Identify merchants and purchases more easily - you can even see your card purchases immediately!
  • Move money with ease - add Favourite payments and let your Internet Banking suggest Common Transfers to make payments even faster
  • Use search, filters and click on payees to identify transactions and payees (known as Contacts)
  • Manage email addresses and mobile phone numbers you have registered with us
  • See foreign currency account balances
  • See when repayment due dates are approaching

Do you still need to use the current Internet Banking?

Our current Internet Banking (Classic) will remain available until 28 November 2018. Log in to Internet Banking and use 'Settings' > 'Login to Classic' access Classic Internet Banking until 28 November 2018, when we remove this link.
