Overview for Western Australia:
- The median price per hectare of farmland in Western Australia increased by 28.2 per cent in 2019.
- The number of transactions decreased in 2019 to 701, down by 4.6 per cent.
- The area of farmland traded in 2019 was approximately 536,000 hectares, an increase of 2.7 per cent.
- The total value of the farmland traded in 2019 was approximately $1.02 billion, an increase of 10.5 per cent.
