Overview for Queensland:
- The median price per hectare of farmland in Queensland decreased by 0.8 per cent in 2019 to $4,650 per hectare.
- Queensland maintains a solid five-year average annual growth rate of 4.9 per cent.
- The area of farmland traded in 2019 across Queensland was approximately 4.1 million hectares, a decrease of 5.9 per cent compared to 2018.
- The total value of Queensland farmland traded in 2019 was approximately $2.5 billion, an increase of 2.9 per cent.
