Northern Territory: Australian Farmland Values
About the report
Understanding farming’s most valuable asset is important to everyone in agribusiness, especially Australia’s farmers. The Australian Farmland Values report tells the story of national and regional farmland performance over the past 24 years.
Northern Territory farmland values grew in 2018
The median price of farmland in the Northern Territory increased by 135.5 per cent in 2018.
The movement in the Northern Territory median price is largely a factor of the mix of properties sold between the two distinct categories of land types and the low number of transactions, more so than a change in the market.
