Term Deposit Statements
During July, we made a system change that resulted in statements being issued more frequently to customers in error.
We understand this may have been inconvenient for some customers and we apologise for the additional statements you received during August and September.
We have listened to customer feedback on current statement frequency and advise that we will soon be changing statement frequency to six-monthly. A Notice of Change will be posted on this website and in a major daily newspaper published in Australia to update you of these changes once complete.
