Rural Bank win at national award night
Rural Bank has been awarded the DBM Australian Financial Award for Best Business Relationship Manager 2023. The award was announced in late March at DBM’s fifth annual event in Sydney.
Rural Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Bendigo Bank is Australia’s most trusted bank, with around 7,000 staff helping over 2.3 million customers to achieve their financial goals. With a history stretching back to 1858, Bendigo Bank’s longstanding purpose is to feed into the prosperity of customers and their communities.
Adam Rowse, Chief Customer Officer for Business and Agribusiness said the award meant a great deal to the Bank and recognised the progress it had made in pursuit of its vision to be Australia’s bank of choice.
“We work hard to ensure every product we create and service we provide is in the best interests of our customers, shareholders, partners and people,” Mr Rowse said.
“We want to thank our customers for choosing Rural Bank and appreciate them helping us make this award possible,” Mr Rowse said.
Each year, DBM contacts more than 80,000 Australian consumers and businesses for the DBM Atlas survey, one of the largest financial services research program in the country, collecting feedback on the experiences of customers with their financial institutions.
