Changes to Suncorp Bank ATM charges

Rural Bank would like to advise customers that the ATM sharing arrangement between Bendigo Bank and Suncorp Bank has been terminated due to Suncorp entering into a new ATM partnership with the rediATM scheme.
What does this mean for Rural Bank customers?
- Our customers wishing to access funds via a Suncorp ATM will now encounter a $2 service fee.
- Our customers will continue to be provided with fee-free ATM transactions at Bendigo Bank ATMs.
- We understand that not all customers have a Bendigo Bank ATM nearby, and this is why Rural Bank offers a monthly account rebate on selected accounts to offset any ATM direct changes that customers may incur.
- In addition, with Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, ANZ and NAB abolishing foreign ATM fees in October last year, every Rural Bank customer can use these ATMs without incurring a fee.
