Messages in Internet Banking

Messages is a secure email service available in Internet Banking.

The service allows you to send account information and enquiries to Rural Bank in a confidential and secure manner. Your message will automatically include your Internet Banking Access ID so that we can identify you as the sender.

Message notifications

If you have new messages, a badge indicating how many will appear on the Support tile. If there are more than 99 new messages, an exclamation mark will appear in the badge.

Once you view the Messages tab, the badge will disappear, even if you do not read each new message.
