Rural Bank customers will enjoy a different Internet Banking experience, following the launch of a new platform on Monday 13 November.
The new platform provides Rural Bank customers with a simpler, more visually appealing experience, which is designed to make it faster and easier when using Internet Banking.
“This new-look platform has been designed to look and feel the same as our recently launched Rural Bank App, because we want to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience across any device,” said Rural Bank’s General Manager, Operations, Veronica Duncan.
“We understand that farmers are time-poor and we want to provide a service that helps to give them back some of that valuable time. That’s why we recently introduced the new App, and that’s why we’ve now upgraded our Internet Banking platform.”
One of the major enhancements is the ability to view account movements on charts, so that customers can easily monitor their account balances.
Ms Duncan added that customers have been trialling the new Internet Banking experience for six-weeks, with the majority of Rural Bank customers logging onto the new platform during the trial period.
“The feedback we received from customers trailing the new Internet Banking has been really positive, with many enjoying the new look and the increased flexibility,” Ms Duncan said.
