Overview for Tasmania:
- The median price per hectare increased by 11.1 per cent after a decline of five per cent in 2018.
- The median price of $10,930/ha in 2019 was a new record high.
- The number of transactions declined by 5.8 per cent in 2019 to 228.
- An estimated 29,004 hectares of farmland was traded in 2019, 4.3 per cent less than 2018.
