Overview for South Australia:
- A fourth consecutive year of growth in the median price per hectare was recorded in 2019.
- The number of transactions declined by 8.3 per cent in 2019 to 693.
- An estimated 218,610 hectares of farmland was traded in 2019, 20.5 per cent less than 2018.
- The state median was driven by strong growth in the South East region where the median increased by 23.4 per cent.
