Northern Territory Review 2020

Northern Territory Review 2020

The median price of farmland in the Northern Territory declined by 53.9 per cent in 2019. This followed an increase of 135.5 per cent in 2018.
The movement in the Northern Territory median price is largely a factor of the mix of properties sold between the two distinct categories of land types and the low number of transactions, more so than a change in the market.
