How do I ‘opt out’ of (switch off) paper statements?
To ‘opt out’ of receiving paper statements:
- log in to Rural Bank Internet Banking
- click on “Statements” in the left hand navigation panel
- click on the “Statement Options” tab
- select the account you wish to opt-out of receiving paper statements for
- select ‘electronic only’
- provide between 1 and 3 email addresses (it is mandatory to provide at least one)
- click ‘update’
