Northern Territory: Australian Farmland Values 2017
About the report
The value of land underpins our farming businesses and rural communities. That’s why Rural Bank’s specialist insights division, Ag Answers, has again produced the Australian Farmland Values report for 2017.
Northern Territory farmland values decrease in 2017
The median price of farmland in the Northern Territory fell by 35.1 per cent in 2017.
The movement in the Territory’s median price is largely a factor of the mix of properties sold between the two distinct categories of land types, and the low number of transactions, more than a change in the market.
