Rural Bank’s upgraded Internet Banking now twelve months old
In November 2017, Rural Bank upgraded its internet banking, giving customers a simpler and more visually appealing experience, which is faster and easier to use.
As part of Rural Bank’s future focused strategy, our new Internet Banking is more capable of adapting to advances in technology and more flexible than our old Internet Banking (Classic Internet Banking).
The new Internet Banking lets you do all the things you could do in Classic Internet Banking, with some additional features, such as emailing receipts and changing your personal details.
It also offers a consistent experience on your computer, tablet, and phone so you can do your banking on farm, in town or on the move, when or where it suits.
Most customers are now using the new Internet Banking, with over three million total sessions since launch. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many enjoying the new look and increased flexibility.
To complete the transition to the new Internet Banking, we will be removing the Go Back to Classic link permanently, and customers will no longer be able to access Classic Internet Banking. This will occur on 28 November, so we recommend that customers give it a try ahead of this date.
If customers need any help to finding their way around the new Internet Banking, they can contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 660 115.
