  • During the week ending 2 December 2015, rainfall was recorded in all states and territories.
  • Rainfall in November 2015 was predominantly average to above average in Australia.
  • Spring 2015 (September to November) rainfall was generally average to below average in much of Australia.
  • Relative upper and lower layer soil moisture for November 2015 was average or higher than average across much of Australia.
