How to find important details about your account

Customer Help CardThe information that’s displayed on Rural Bank statements is slightly different to details previously displayed on your Rural Finance statements.

Some of these details are now easily available in real time using Internet Banking. You can also contact your Agribusiness Relationship Manager or our Customer Service Team on 1300 660 115 for this information.

Your last Rural Finance statement includes all transaction information for your account up to the date you transitioned to Rural Bank (including information required for taxation purposes). You have also received an end of year taxation summary if you held a farm management deposit.
