Am I able to re-order a chequebook via Internet Banking?
Yes, chequebooks can be re-ordered using Internet Banking.
A chequebook can be re-ordered by:
- Accessing 'Customer Services' and selecting 'Request a Cheque book'
- Select the applicable account
- Nominiate a method to receive the chequebook and submit your request.
- Accessing 'Customer Services' and selecting 'Request a Cheque book'
- Select the applicable account

Can I use Internet Banking to make payments to accounts at other banks?
The Internet Banking service offers the Pay Anyone service, which will allow you to transfer funds to any financial institution in Australia*.
In order to use the Pay Anyone service, you must contact us and register for the service. Once you have been identified, you will be asked to request your daily Pay Anyone transaction limit **.
*Any Australian financial institution identified with a valid BSB number.
** Requests for Pay Anyone limits are subject to approval.

What is the 'Secure Mail' service?
Secure Mail is an email service that enables you to send account information and enquiries to our Customer Service Team in a confidential and secure manner. Your message will automatically include your Internet Banking Access ID, so that we can identify you properly.
Sending a Secure Mail message is easy.
- Once you are logged into Internet Banking simply select 'Secure Email' from the menu that runs accross the top of the window.
- Click on 'Send secure email' from the left hand menu.
- Write your request or enquiry.
- Then click 'Send' the submit your message.

What is the 'Payments' feature?
This feature allows customers to setup, review, and make payments to third parties using the Bill Payment, Pay Anyone or Bulk Payments services. This is a convenient way of managing payments to third parties.

What is the 'Authorisations' feature?
This feature allows a user to initiate transactions on accounts where more than one person is required to authorise the transaction.
The 'Authorisations' function also allows the user to:
- View a list of signatories who can authorise transactions on each account.
- View an account authorisation history.
- Search for past and future dated transactions.

Can I download transactions to a financial management software package such as MYOB?
Yes. You can download up to 2 years of transaction data into a selection of commonly used accounting and farm accounting software formats.
These include:
- MYOB;
- Money;
- Quicken;
- Agrimaster; and
- Phoenix

Are there any accounts that I can't transfer funds from?
Due to the nature of some accounts, namely Term Deposits, Term Loans, Harvest Loans and non-verified saving accounts, you will not be able to use Internet Banking to withdraw funds. If you would like to know more please contact the Customer Service Centre by phoning 1300 660 115; or visit your local Elders or Bendigo and Adelaide Bank branch.

Can I use Internet Banking to access my Personal, Farm and other Business Accounts?
Rural Bank Internet Banking customers can manage up to 30 Rural Bank accounts including, Seasonal accounts (farm overdraft), Everyday accounts, Cash Management accounts, Interest Earning at Call Deposit* accounts, Money For Living* accounts, Term Loans*, Harvest Loans* and Term Deposit* accounts. In fact, any Rural Bank account can be added to your list of linked accounts, as long as you have the appropriate authority.
You will be able to view up to the last 200 transactions made on any personal account, and up to 500 past business account transactions. Transactions include bank fees, government charges, interest payment or charges.
*Only verified Interest Earning at Call Deposit and Money For Living accounts will have transaction access. Non-verified Interest Earning at Call Deposit and Money For Living accounts; Term Loan; Harvest Loan; and Term Deposit accounts will have 'view access' only.
